
Kappa Delta Pi, Zeta Omega Chapter
http://kdp.coe.uh.edu, is an International Honor Society for Undergraduates and Graduates working towards their Bachelor’s, Master's, and/or Doctorate Degrees. KDP is made from the creativity, resourcefulness, and dedication from members of all departments and program areas!
The KDP Zeta Omega Chapter at the University of Houston was chartered in 1951. KDP Zeta Omega works with its members to enhance the understanding of educational practice throughout the college and our community. The Zeta Omega Chapter is directly affiliated with the International Kappa Delta Pi organization (
http://www.kdp.org).
The Society is a community of scholars dedicated to worthy ideals. Kappa Delta Pi "recognizes scholarship and excellence in education, promotes the development and dissemination of worthy educational ideas and practices, enhances the continuous growth and leadership of its diverse membership, fosters inquiry and reflection on significant educational issues, and maintains a high degree of professional fellowship."
Being dedicated to scholarship and excellence in education, Kappa Delta Pi is a great extension to the College of Education that welcomes both males and females!
